Hail to all of YOU Superheroes!

YESSSS!! You are superhuman because you have to fight stress every day, an alien force no one can see in its physical form. Your strength and perseverance in managing daily chores while dealing with mental stress are truly admirable. Only if you have friends, like true friends, can they understand you better than anyone.

But then again, how do you know who your best friend is?

A REAL friend is one WHO walks in when the rest of the world walks out. - Walter Winchell

PMC study on the role of friendship found that talking to friends, even for short periods, can help one's mental health and prevent immediate panic attacks.

Did you know that all of us dealing with mental stress possess incredible strength? How?

Let’s see:

✅ We fight to go to work every day, even when our minds feel crumbling.

✅ We care for our partners and kids, providing love and support despite our inner turmoil.

✅ We are there for our friends, offering a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on, even when we need the same.

✅ We act normal and continue our lives, masking the unimaginable pain inside us.

Each day is a testament to our unwavering spirit and determination, yet we are surviving each day to watch another rising sun.🌞

So, like all the previous days and nights, this month must have many happy occasions and sad moments, or you may encounter crazy folks…

Remember that After Each Dark Night, There Will Be A Bright, Sunny Day. You just have to know how to embrace another healthy, breathy day in your life…

No matter if you are fighting with a chronic illness, trying to survive your divorce, break up, toxic people around you, or losing your job and facing some economic turmoils…

 - THEY ARE JUST MOMENTARY TRIALS OF LIFE.

🙂 Stress Less, Smile More: Friends Who Make a Difference

👉 NOW it’s story time, where lots of people get better with time just because they adopted little healthy activities and decided to share their problems with mates alike.

1. What She Needed Was Mates, Not Psychiatrists

Nicole was the apple of her teachers' eyes in her high school. She was a top student and the school’s cheerleading squad captain. But no one knew she was fighting with stress. Why was she stressed even if she was a brilliant student? She never talked about her mental stress to anyone except her parents and psychologist, but she found that those sessions were of no help.

Then, after years, it was just a day out with friends when she decided to open up in front of her friends. It was surprising for her to learn that everyone there had lived similar experiences.

Nicole says, “All of a sudden, I didn’t feel alone anymore, and I understood the value of talking to others about my struggles.”

After getting her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she now works as a mental health support worker who talks to others to share their burdens. She says:

In a way, I’m almost grateful for my struggles because they have led me in the direction I want to go in life.” [Source]

Lesson # 1: Talking to your best friend is sometimes all the therapy you need.

2. From Darker Corner to Lighter Ground

It’s the story of Henna and Jaxon, who were friends in High school and spent five years of school time together. They both had similar nerve-wracking situations, but they suffered because they decided to tell no one. But they ended up sharing their struggles with toxic relationships that led them to panic attacks - a severe mental illness.

After sharing their stories, they believed it was much more comforting to find someone with the same struggles as you. You feel like there is someone who knows you better, and it helps you emotionally, and you learn how to cope with mental issues over time. [Source]

Lesson # 2: Don't suffer in silence; find your support system and get help.

3. Stress Leads You to Make Bad Decisions

Here, Zeta shares how she made only worse decisions because of her stressed situations. She adopted different tricks to let her stress out, like writing letters to herself or getting therapies. There was a war inside her. She even yelled at her parents because of her sense of constant defeat, but things were out of her control.

Then, she found allies and confidants in unusual places. She discovered that her colleagues at work were nicer than she thought. They proved to be a great emotional support in dealing with her everyday stress. [Source]

Lesson # 3: Don't bottle up your stress; seek support in unexpected places.

True friends are the ones who not only make you comfortable but also push you out of your comfort zone. They're the ones who dare you to do something crazy, making life an adventure worth living. 😄

Research has shown that people with good friends are better equipped to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. Friends provide emotional support, practical help, and a sense of belonging. These friends can be your parents, siblings, or strangers with similar experiences.

- Woodrow Wilson

Welcome to the School of Happiness, where you can learn the basic life skills that aren't typically taught in traditional classrooms.
